Are we just comparing Lousiana breweries?

The hours the GR taproom Is open sucks. It's like you people don't drink at 1pm on a Tuesday.
Also, there are only 3 or 4 taps to choose from.

From a pure beer drinking standpoint, give me NOLA all day. Open 10-12 hours a day everyday with at least 6-8 specialty brews you can't buy in stores.

Atmosphere I'll take GR. Your taproom is huge with lots of natural lighting and from what I gather stays packed. Parish I have only been once but it's pretty small like NOLA but seems to always be packed.

When NOLA opens their new taproom it won't be debatable IMO.

Speaking of taprooms, any hope for the Tin Roof taproom? Whens it opening?

If you mean aesthetically, i can agree. The window behind the bar looking into the brewhouse is pretty sweet.

If you mean the varieties of beer being pumped out i completely disagree. Nola does a better job on taproom only beers than anybody in the state, even if its just berries added to the blonde.

I agree with the hours and the variety of beer. Although GR is adding 2 more tanks so they can make more seasonals/experiment.

I was mostly just talking about the space.

SBD Parish Envie with the 6/11 bottling date. Kim Jong may need to venture into the 70810 to find it. Figures none of the stores with good craft beer selections have it, but the Albertsons by my house does.

It's a brew day BTW.

Yeezy sorry man but that is a complete homer statement . Nola taproom, as a space, is weak. No windows, very little natural light, tight quarters, TVs turned to the Weather Channel, etc.

None of that bothers me, though. I'm not there to look out the window. I'm there to drink beer and shoot the shite. I can walk outside and see all the outside view I need. They'll always change the TV if you ask, but mostly IDGAF. The decor is simple but tasteful and it has everything I need to have a good time. Maybe throw some Golden Tee up in that bitch. Then we'd really have a party.

FBD grace and grit

Good. The nose is missing. Really like the light mouthfeel. Slightly overhyped for sure.

Would drink again for sure.

Tough to disagree. GITM nose was much better. I think I liked the way G&G drinks more than GITM. So tough call. Aroma carries a lot of weight for me, so that makes up for GITM not being quite as smooth as G&G.

I'm curious to see how the new GitM bottles turn out. Hearing a 4 pack release date mid August. Hoping I can get my hands on a bottle of G&G to compare.

That taproom does look sweet though.

...okay, that's a really attractive taproom. I'd drink there for sure. I'll even grant that it's more aesthetically pleasing than NOLA. I feel like it's more than just aesthetics that constitute "best," however.
