would they go the Courtyard route and serve 5 of their beers and then a selection of other options?

You talking about at the brewery? If so, I doubt it would be anything but their beers. They had one tiny mini fridge for waters, powerades, and soft drinks. Don't think they have room to keep any other beers but their own. They only had 6 taps too, I'd think they want them for their own beers in the future.

brewery only?

Didn't ask, but I'd think they would make it a part of their normal lineup to have at bars and restaurants across BR. Guess they will see what kind of reviews it gets.

Hummm? I wonder what happened with FW IPA sales in TX? I enjoy Union Jack and Double Jack but they have evidently become shelf turds.

The freshest Double Jack I can find in Houston these days is August 2015. Pisses me off as that's one of my favorite DIPAs.

Just the other day I asked the question on one of the local pages about Double Jack. Some guy said it's because last year, the distributor forced retailers to buy a shite ton of DJ in order to get the rare stuff. Now...apparently the DJ is shelf-turding and the distributor won't buy any back.

How much of that is true, I haven't a clue. Can't find any fresh Wookey Jack either, and last fresh Union Jack I've had was January-February.

Really good--Tired Hands is always great. This one had that nice standard TH profile, but nothing that really sets it apart.

This Maine pale is great! An extended brewcation in that corner of the country would be so awesome

Would love if they went a Courtyard Route.... Have 5-6 of their own beers and then rotating taps for other offerings. Even if they only have 6 keep 2 rotating taps for something different.

Yep. They are my second favorite brewery. Didn't get a chance to have that one yet though.

That is amazing, we waited till you walked in your house before leaving. So that means you walked backed out of your house and back to your car.

4BD: Bell's Consecrator Doppelbock

I really enjoyed this style in college (Optimator, Celebrator, etc.), but I can't drink it on a regular basis. Too sweet.

Unbelievable. What a shame too because I love that beer.

Had another THA for 3BD. 4BD is a Ghost.
