It's piled up in front of the store, at least if I recognize the brick wall at Perkins like I think I do. It's right where the Oskar Blues was when it first released if I'm guessing right. And Lord knows I'm in there enough.

FBD - Breakside IPA. This is a beer I could drink every day. Not the hop bomb you get from Boneyard or Barley Browns.

So many nice local releases on tap for this month! A few of us tried their test batch at Hay Merchant's 3rd anny party. The nose was ridiculous, but a tad over powering with the vanilla. I've heard that has been toned down so I'm very excited to try this. Regular BBH is a top 5 local brew for me.

a guy had a bottle of it at courtyard brewery yesterday--said he had just gotten back from portland. he had yet to try boneyard but goes up there occasionally for work and would look for it.

How was the Breakside? My big beef against Breakside is that they don't date the bottles, and because there is so much of it around, it tends to age on the shelves. Otherwise, all of their beers are very good. I think Jay Are got into some Breakside in Portland and Seattle, and was digging it.

You will usually see me drinking Breakside at a taproom. Breakside has two brewpubs in Portland. Unfortunately, they are a hella long ways from where I live and work, so I rarely go to them.

Didn't get to try it--they had just poured that last of it when we walked in.
