A 1.5 hour delay was probably not necessary, but it gave them time to get the field in better shape.

Yeah, I don't have much clarity on the event, would need to speak with Ebbie the head of the NMBG, evidently they want NM breweries to produce some one offs for the event. It's on 4-12 at Rowley, I don't know if that is a long enough time frame to produce any quality product.
