Im not from Shreve, so I doubt I know many of the same people. Havent met Ross yet, although we keep trying to plan a kayak trip.

I like smashing it .. concentrates the flavor in a thinner, smaller bite. You use the pioneer woman recipe? that's the one I use. I add butter and some shaved cheese right at the end though under the broiler. takes it to another level. my gf who is a notorious starch hater even loves them.

Keep studying. You won't regret it. There will always be ale. But you will only be in college for a short while. So chin up and out of the mug for now. Hold yourself in abeyance.

What herbs have you used. We have an azalea sized rosemary bush so that's all we use but just planted a couple basil plants.

I've only used rosemary. Fresh from my neighbor's/former landlord's backyard (he doesn't really know I still sneak back there and take some) :orko:
