Agreed. But the name does not match the beer. Should be called "Mildly Decent Black Ale" or something like that

Eta where are you?

Silverspot? I didn't expect to see that on here. It's a very drinkable IPA. Kind of boring, though, IMO. Perfect starter IPA for someone just getting into IPA's.

Best place to drink them is at the Pelican Pub in Pacific City, OR. The view at that place raises the level of the beer two levels.

I agree. Not all that good in my opinion. My buddy who brought it said the pub itself is awesome, showed me some pics from his trip.

I've probably posted pics taken from the same spot on the beach that he took his... Pelican makes solid beer. Mother of All Storms is a great beer. But that brewpub...

I agree. At Coater's recommendation, I had it on tap at Fondren Public in Jackson a few months back. Very solid.

When I did the tour he said we should see it by the end of the year in New Orleans. I picked up 3-6 packs when I was over there.

Parish told me the same about envie, canebrake, and south coast.

2BD- Delicious and tart.

Zappa or other Dallas folks, I'm going to be staying at the Omni Las Colinas next month. Anywhere good to eat or drink in that general area? I won't have a car but can cab it if needed.

Got a heart stopping box from LST today. The 2 homebrews in the back are a Berliner Weisse and a Bourbon Stout. This is awesome.
