Everyone who binged watched true detective were more disappointed than the people who watched it on the orginal run. However it's a great 8 hours of TV.

3BD was a Hopitoulas at The Box. Very nice evening out there with 4miles and his sons.

FBD was a Tin Roof Juke Joint after a hard 5 1/2 mile trail run.

SBD was a Go To IPA back home. Very pleased with this one. Honestly, I think it's better than their IPA and Ruination. Or if not better, more my style. I see myself drinking lots of these.

I ran 3.2 after work and afterwards I looked like I had jumped in a lake. So humid. I loved it.

I ran the lakes at lunch today and it was way humid. I did not love it. But I did it and nothing new hurt today.

It was just so nice to finally get a really good hot run and sweat a ton. Makes the beer later on that much better.

Gotcha. I was just not expecting the heat and humidity today. It felt great after.
