Because you end up saying "frick paying $90 for a mobile 1 oil change when I could do it myself for $30"

Then you do it once or twice and say, "frick it, I wish I had paid he extra $60"

It's a never ending cycle.

The wife's is $120/change. Not much choice because it is near impossible to put on ramps and the filter is some sort of contraption that has to be taken apart correctly.

Something like 8qts of Mobil 1 fully synthetic.

Next 3:

Lazy Magnolia Black Creek - good beer, will drink again.

Weyerbacher Merry Monks - well done tripel

Two Brothers Northwind imperial stout - nicely done as well.

Also had a taste of my homebrewed double IPA while kegging it. Seems to be pretty nice. I should be happy with it. Brewed a porter tonight that will turn into a coffee porter. First all grain batch. I'm wiped. G'night!

Finishing the night with this bad boy. First taste of it. If I lived somewhere I could get this regularly it would be my go-to beer. Really good. Tomorrow will be a long day in Asheville so we're turning in early tonight.

2oz Magnum for bittering
1oz Simcoe for 30 minutes
1oz Simcoe at flameout
1oz Columbus at flameout
1oz Cascade at flameout
1oz Nugget at flameout
1oz Centennial at flameout
1oz Amarillo at flameout
2oz Simcoe dry hop 7 days
2oz Amarillo dry hop 7 days
1oz Centennial dry hop 7 days
1oz Chinook dry hop 7 days

Ended up at 7.5%, so barely a DIPA.

Chrysler Crossfire. All the maintenance cost of a German vehicle with none of the perks. She thought it was cute many years ago so now I am dealing with it.

Damn, that's cheaper than you can buy the materials from the store.

Somewhere in the $35 range. My car tells me when my oil is no good anymore. It is usually every 7000 miles.
