Curious as to what "Red Bean Hummus" is.

Those pies look solid however.

Cajun crawfish queso is fantastic as are the s’more and coconut cream pies

Boudin burger was pretty good but I’d probably get something else next time

Crawfish queso is great with the pork skins. Have had the crab pie and the shrimp diablo and both were very good. I like the options government st is starting to add with this place and white star market and the old entergy building redevelopment

Honey Chops
Honey-brined bone-in pork chops, grilled, finished with blueberry pepper jelly BBQ sauce, served with seasonal veggies

The Arlington Special Poboy
Fried shrimp in an Asian sweet & spicy sauce with lettuce and tomato on French bread

3145 GOVERNMENT ST

pretty convenient. Maybe a new Friday spot?

Everything I've tried was good. I could eat there mon-Friday and not get tired of if. So far I've tried s'mores pie (ok)
Almond joy (better)
Apple pie a la mode (winner)
Meat pies - big, drizzled with tartar sauce which is actually damn good
Red beans - different, a little darker than traditional beans but I thought they great. Lots of meat
Tomato pie - also very good, crust was a nice contrast to cheesy tomato and pesto conconction
LA1 burger- probably my favorite, Nice crust on the burger but still juicy. like that I can get a medium burger. Onion strings mushrooms and Gouda are an excellent combo
Boudin burger - tasty but I could do without the pepper jelly, a little too sweet for a burger imo

I'll probably try the root beer float pie, cherry hand pie, and one of their chocolate versions when I go. Their pimento cheese burger is calling my name -- the pimento cheese "Thunder Road" burger at Litton's in Knoxville is the best burger I've ever had) -- so I'm interested to see how it compares. My female companion wants to try the crab pie or crawfish bisque.

Went for lunch, and everything was awesome. Like you said, I could probably eat there over and over and not get sick of it because there are so many things I still want to try.

Had the crawfish queso with pork rinds as chips. Awesome.

Grilled pimento cheese sandwich with strawberry pepper jelly in it. And a cup of roasted tomato soup. Soup was best version I've had.

Blackberry pie "nachos". I probably didn't need dessert, and this was too rich to finish, but very good if you're a fan of pie crust moreso than the filling. It was little fried strips of pie crust in butter, with blackberry filling drizzled on top.

They had Jucifer and Envie on tap, as well as several others.

I want to try the tomato pie and the red beans next time. The beans look really meaty and thick ( ) which I love.

Went last night. Had the crawfish dip app with pork skins, natchodiches meat pie, and s’mores pie (shared with table). All were very good.
Kids had burger with pimento and crawfish pie and they were happy. Had a juicifer from gnarley barley to wash it down (me - not kids) Nice crowd at 8:00 on a Thursday night. Definitely will return - great addition for the area.

I've been twice in the past week. Had the Red Bean Hummus and the Crawfish Pies last Friday and I had the Meat Pies yesterday. Everything has been really good and it's fairly priced for what you get. The plates and sandwiches all look good but I haven't tried any of them. I had a piece of the Bananas Foster Cream Pie yesterday and it was quite tasty. I recommend giving this place a shot.

I went last week and had the fried oyster BLT with a blue cheese sauce. It was great.

Service was a bit slow but everyone was pleasant and the drinks were cold.

I had the tomato pie and a cup of the seafood bisque today and my wife had the Arlington salad small and three cheese grilled cheese. We enjoyed them all-service just a touch slow but not terribly. It was 2:00 pm and they still had a good crowd in the place.

We stopped in last week about the same time just for a cup of coffee and a piece of apple pie and that pie is great. Had a good crowd that afternoon too. I think price point is right and he will do a good business.

Stopped by this past Saturday, really good food. But had the same service experience, really slow service. Will go back.

I've been twice now.... First time I got the Highway 1 burger and it was really good. The second time I got the crawfish queso for an app, and the meat pie for my meal. Both were great. I the smore's pie and almond joy pie to go for the wife and I to enjoy later. Both were also excellent. There's a number of other items on the menu I want to try so I'll be back for sure. The service was a little slow on my second visit, but it was pretty packed.
