I do like them. Much of it is memories going back many years I am sure. I also like that Heavenly Donut place.
DD is typical chain food. Very consistent. Never warm and right out of the oven fresh, but never stale either.

That's kind of what I figure a lot of it is. I really just find their fry-job to be subpar. Dunkin seems to never be overly greasy. But you're right. I have never had a hot donut from there. Wife loves the DD cake donuts.

9/25 is offical open. They said they are giving away free donuts tomorrow morning after 9 as a "Friends and Family" thing.
