Dukes Seafood & Steak in Denham Springs

Getting word that the former Piccadilly in Denham Springs will become Dukes Seafood & Steak. Anyone else hearing this?

True... Being close to the interstate and Bass Pro will help, but it seems like it could hurt the Watson location's traffic.

Sure it will take some business but I'm sure it will hold its own. Pretty good food at reasonable prices.

It was purchased recently and will be a restaurant. Same guy opening the place next to Saritas in Denham bought it. Who is the same guy who has Foo Chow in walker and is building the new mini strip in Denham close to magnolia bridge road.
