This thread has gone from a nice little heads up to Epic in short order.

No I do not. This is certainly unfathomable.
You don't understand why Dr Hoptagon would be more expensive than Canebrake.

Yes, of course I understand it. I dont understand why it would be 5x more expensive than Canebrake. It doesnt really matter. To each his own. I drink alot of beer, brew alot of my own beer, and generally appreciate any type of beer. Ive really been hooked on Nola Blonde lately. Im typically buying beer from a supermarket. I bought a 6 pack of Stone Levitation Ale from Marcello's in Lafayette last weekend for $9.99, which IMO is a craft beer as well. Also bought a 4 pack of Sierra Nevada Big Foot Ale for $12.99 that same day and a bottle of Duckhorn Migration Pinot. I dont mind paying decent money for decent quality. I was unaware that a "bomber" (?) would fetch a lofty $12.99 price tag and people would actually be ok with this. Excuse my ignorance.

I mentioned it like that because it doesnt fetch a lofty $12.99 per 750 ml price tag. It was tongue in cheek. Thanks for the condescending tone though.

Curious what Parish Brewing is selling it for. Maybe Dan is right we are all getting screwed here.

So what did you pay for your Migration? About 30-40 bucks??? Same story with Duckhorn bro, they have high end cabs and Merlots like "The Discussion" and "Three Palms" that cost 100+ a bottle. Hell, Duckhorn makes Decoy, Migration, goldeneye, paradauxx. All in different price ranges. Parish makes different beer that cost a more than canebrake. Same principle, different product.

It's probably on how the retailer prices it in. My local Valero rings southern tier live up for $5.99. I don't say a word.
