No the guys I'm talking about are called Cajun Hibachi. Their grills are much better priced than those Lafayette boys. Just as nice too.

Look up Cajun Hibachi on Facebook. I don't care for them. They have a single burner in the middle. Get a Blackstone from Academy and throw some wood around it.

Have had a Blackstone griddle for about a year now, I highly recommend it. So much fun doing burgers, breakfasts, fried rice.

That looks amazing. I will put that on the outdoor kitchen bucket list, but wouldn't it be easier just to have some sort of griddle attachment on an existing grill?
