I have, but that’s because I prefer Korean chopsticks to Japanese or Chinese chopsticks. I can’t stand the disposable ones.

Japanese, Korean, Chinese, or from Georgia... they'll all work when it comes to a meal.

Suburban, meaning white? Because this is definitely a white people thing.

They were, in fact, white folks.

They didn’t make a ceremony or a presentation out of it, they just brought their own shite from home. Could’ve been a wedding gift, could’ve been a family heirloom, could’ve meant something special to them. Maybe it was pretentious, maybe it was trashy. Maybe one of them got a splinter from those wooden chopsticks last time they ate sushi. Who knows?

Who gives a frick WHY they have them.
