If you're going with a lady, you should definitely take her to Better Than Sex for dessert and drinks.

The Cafe is a mostly vegetarian (a few meat items) place, but was really awesome for a casual lunch.

Roof Top Cafe is upscale, but was such a good experience. You can sit outside and overlook Mallory Square.

Also, La Trattoria was very good. Any place that offers Lobster Ravioli is good for me.

Went last night. It was amazing. Manager is a LSU grad, and our waitress went to Southeastern.
