This is true. Definitely felt it when the dessert got to the table. Had a cup of coffee before the dessert and that seemed to help me feel a little less full for some reason.

We aren't people that eat out at restaurants that much during the week. Usually making things at home plus I work a lot of hours so when I do go out to eat for dinner I try to make it count at good restaurants.
My lunch choices are usually not the greatest because of my schedule.

When I called for a reservation, I asked about outdoor seating. The lady told me that they could only do inside reservations and outside was first come first serve. So we are earlier and were able to grab an outside table. I love eating outdoors on nice nights and like to do that on dates.
