For those in the Dallas area, you should try it.

Naw....its average like most deep ellum beers. Its thin and the coffee is too sharp. Go have a good coffee beer.....santa fe java stout, founders breakfast stout....and then come back.

Yea, just go to the food board. People get funny when you post on the wrong board. In spite of my pretentiousness, you'll be welcomed on the FBD thread.

I had it a 3 or 4 months ago. Not sure of the seasonal nature of it. It's new though. Deep Ellum is in the midst of a huge expansion. They are basically quadrupling their brewing capacity. I read where this will max out their space where they are now.

Wow, didn' know that. Went to Lakewood brewery a couple months ago, assuming that was where they brew all of their beers, was surprised at how small it was. Food truck there had great food though.

I havent been out there. I live in the Lakewood neighborhood but zoning kept them from opening up here. But for my money, they are doing better stuff than Deep Ellum.

Their beer ok. I like the IPA best of what they make. The owners are apparently pretty big dickheads though. I work in DE and they have a pretty bad rep with the bars in the area.

That's quite a name. I want to try it, but it's probably not available in my area.

I've heard that. Their IPA is about all I like of theirs. The Dreamcrusher DIPA was world class til they changed the recipe last year. Now its mediocre.
