Does anyone have a recipe that closely resembles their caesar dressing recipe? It has a darker brown color than most and a tartness that makes it a little different than a traditional dressing.

I definitely think it has anchovies, and it seems to have a lot more lemon juice or something else more acidic than most

Emerils recipe is really good, I make it all the time. garlic, anchovies paste, egg yoke, salt, lemon juice, parmigiana cheese. and olive oil.
