I got a link of boudin and some cracklins. I thought the boudin was ok, not great and the same for the cracklins (though they do cook them fresh multiple times a day). I will continue to try different things if for no other reason the fact that they are so close to my house. They also were very nice and the older lady that works there was from the AP (Avoyelles Parish) which gave them points in my book.

Boudin was Meh...hardly any spice and very little meat.
Cracklins were hot and fresh...no seasoning but they are good and I just season myself.
Jalapeno sausage was OK.
All I got so far.
