Dash Egg Cooker

Anyone else have one?

This thing is great. It hard boils 7 eggs in about 12 - 15 Minutes. They pop out of the shell with ease.

I see they have a deluxe model that will do 12. Kind of wish mine would break so I can get that one.

I don't think I boil enough eggs to warrant a dedicated device.

Just steam your eggs for 14 minutes. I’m assuming that’s all this thing does right?

Correct. It just steams them the same as a pressure cooker.

So, just like a pot on the stove?

Shaq makes one that I almost bought at Walmart but I talked myself out of it.

No, not really.
I can load it up and hit the start button and let it work. Don't have to watch it. I have been busy and just let it sit in the cooker till i can get to it.

It is really small and all accessories store in the cooker.

I pickle a lot of eggs for salads, tuna/chicken salads and just for snacking so I use it a lot.

I probably would not have bought it if i did not find it new in box at yard sale for half price. Glad i did.

We turn the stove on, put eggs in, set Alexa for twelve minutes and that’s pretty much it. Also have one of those things that turns color and tells you how done they are. Not hating on your egg thing just saying I don’t think it provides that much of a better mousetrap to justify it taking up space in my kitchen. If I didn’t live in a condo, might be all about it

Gotcha, no problem.

I was very sceptical when i saw it. But decided to give it a shot for $10.

It makes the best "boiled" eggs I have ever done. And they slip right out of the shell. Never been able to achieve that before.

We always do deviled eggs during the holidays.

This thing makes that easy and doesn’t use up a burner on the stove that’s needed for the main food.

I have a different brand egg cooker. We got one years ago as a wedding present and I will never be without 1 again.

It's foolproof. It's also easy to make perfect soft-boiled eggs too.

The one you posted is the exact 1 we have, the Cuisinart.

I use my egg cooker all the time. It's really small so never had a problem storing it. Makes an easy breakfast for workdays.

We have one of these. My wife uses it weekly. It's a no brainer for "hard boiled" eggs.

Interesting device.

Ever since I got an Instant Pot it's how I cook eggs. It's pretty much fool proof and they're always very easy to peel.

buying an egg cooker was one of the best things I've ever done! Easy, and the shells just slip right off...fantastic

If you have an instant pot, use that. We steam a dozen eggs for 4 min with 1 min wait time then ice bath. They are easy to peel and come out great
