Going to put one in a crock put tomorrow morning. Using cream of celery and cream of mushroom soups. Onions, garlic. What else can I throw in there?

Skip the soups and go with a stout, porter, or cabernet. It can be cooked down at the end to make a hell of a gravy. Add carrots, onions, garlic, and potatoes. Fresh rosemary sprigs are always a nice addition.

Put the crockpot in a black pot like a real man. Then the roast will taste better
