Your right he is a good guy I met him at one of his all you can eat events a couple yrs ago. He will shoot you straight. I hit him up yesterday about his upcoming all u can events. He advised he will actually be competing at Walk Ons in Baton Rouge this Saturday for there crawfish boil competition to benefit Wounded Warriors.
Definitely mention TD as he is a huge LSU fan. Also do yourself a favor and buy his seasoning he started packaging last year. All u need to do is add salt nothing else.
