Craft Beer Growth

Craft beer sales grew by 16% in 2015, compared to 2014. That is awesome. We need more good breweries and taprooms.

I thought this was an interesting article on aging IPAs. Nothing earth shattering in the article, but interesting to read...

I'm in St Louis, which is currently booming with craft breweries and new ones are opening every couple of months it seems. The local bars are getting much better about getting craft on their taps and not just selling AB only.

I can see a few places that the market may squeeze out if the growth slows, but a lot of the places do good beer and have found a good market niche or loyal customer base. As a huge beer fan, it's exciting to be here right in the middle of all of it.
