I think you meant crawfish enchiladas, not quesadillas....and they are my favorite!

Have you had the crawfish enchiladas at Tomatillas?

The main dishes are worth the money, especially the Kobe beef fajitas.

+1. They are awesome.

I haven't been to Coyote Blues and my best friend works there, haha. I've looked at the menu online many times, and I just don't think it's the type of Mexican food I would like. While I'm sure the food is great, and likely better quality, it's just not what I like in a Mexican Restaurant.

For me, the dirtier the better (The food, not the building). There's nothing I love more than a big plate of sloppy mexican food. When I crave Mexican, that's what I want. Chimichangas and fajitas with sour cream, pico, guacamole, salsa, lettuce, queso cheese.. the works.

Coyote Blues just wouldn't hit that spot for me.

I am having a big problem with all these new "fresh" places. I was forced to go to Salsaritas the other day and I was so upset because it's another Qdoba ripoff with no greasy tex-mex food.

What do you think their fajitas are like?

I know what you are saying. You like cheesy, gooey Tex-Mex. Coyote Blues has their angle, and it is a lot more Tex-Mex than Mex. I think you would like it. For real Mex and a great price, hit a taqueria.
