Cornish Game Hen stuffed with Pork.

I can google it but most of those replies aren't from Cajuns.

Any idea how to bake them.
Temp and time?

Didn't know about the pork inside.
Figured you have to cook them at a different temp to make sure the pork cooks

Are you stuffing with ground pork, pork tenderloin, pork and rice ?

I might halfway cook the pork, then stuff the bird.

Cook it until 165 in the thigh, rest about ten minutes and you are good even stuffed. Boudin makes a good stuffing too. I roast them and serve with wild rice.

I heated the oven to 500 and cooked for 10 minutes, then cut oven off and let sit for 30

I bought it stuffed with fresh sausage. It's vacuum sealed.

I'm cooking marinated pork and home made pork smoked sausage right now.

I could eat just the pork by itself after i brown it. It's so good.
