Here are some of the things I got at:
Brunch
Goat Bolognese/Cavatelli/Ricotta
Avocado Toast/Radishes
And at Dinner:
Spiced Pig Ears/Smoked Aioli
Duo of Beef/Parsnips/Shitake Mushrooms/Foie Gras
All were fantastic and different, especially the goat bolognese (they make it entirely of offals)

Everything I've had there has been above average, several things were truly outstanding. My second favorite restaurant in the city currently, behind Coquette

It's the tits. Steak tartare was off the chain, as was the main beef dish that I had. The conch app was also a yes.
