What's the story on this place? Went in and the service left something to be desired. Just sat upfront alone at the bar while the staff is in the back tasting wine.

Thought about food but the menu looked pretty bleh to be honest. Empty around 3 on a Sunday

You sat at a bar. The only person responsible for you was the bartender. So what if the other servers were tasting wines? They probably had no tables to take care of. And you didn't even eat. Quit drinking alone on Sundays at 3pm.

Who checked on me about once every 20 minutes and walked to the back.

Who said I was alone? I meant my party was sat upfront and left alone

Had a nice dinner Saturday night at Cocha. The food and service was all top notch and everyone enjoyed their meals.

I think you need to learn how to dine more defensively. I don't think it's a good idea to try and dine in BR at 3 on a Sunday. This would be similar to expecting a perfect dining experience on Valentine's Day.

I've been once not too long after it opened. I thought the food was okay, but the portions are way too small for me. I'd only go back for like a first date or something. Fancy little small plates. Also, that location seems awful. I wonder how many people even know it exists.
