Chard. What to Do?

I picked up some today on a whim. I put a little olive oil on it and grilled it. It wilted down quick, a lot quicker than my standard lettuce does.
It had a very earthly flavor to it. I wish I had grilled some mushroom to go with it as that seems like a natural pairing.
Any ideas on what to do with this veggie?
