Bww location in Gonzales off Hwy 30 - open date?

Wife saw a bww sign off Hwy 30 near outback- I wonder if anyone is aware of opening date?

it looks all but completed with the construction. they had a few things going on out on the patio when i drove by last week going to LC. i'd be willing to bet early march at the latest.

My buddy is going to be the manager there. He has been in Texas for training. Came home for the holidays but went back this past weekend. I think this is his final week of training so it shouldn't be long after that. He was most recently the area manager for the various Spahr's locations.

Went by today since I had to go to Home Depot, the inside isn't even close. I would assume it open end of Jan or start of Feb.

This place has the worst food. And the beer isnt even that cold either. How is it still in business?
