I don't like their food. How do they have so many locations?

I kind of like their food and that Mandeville old house set up was pretty neat. It I a little expensive though.
I guess they do well in most areas because there ends up being few breakfast dining options unless you enjoy the shitty Waffle House it IHOP experience.

They went belly up here in BR (the original franchisees that have that location) .. Wouldn't surprise me ..
