I realize the best way to do a brisket is to smoke it low and slow. I have done a couple in a BGE. I'm just looking for a good recipe to do one inside in the oven. What is the best cut? Marinate? What seasonings? Temp? TIA

Just cook it the same as you would on your smoker.

As slow as possible will yield a brisket that doesn't need to be cut, but peeled with your fingers. Rub, marinade, leave marinade in pan, cover

I inject with this. Leave the excess in the bottom of the pan.
Brisket marinade
I use this rub.
Brisket rub
250 in an aluminum pan. Cover with foil at 170. Remove at 190. Rest before slicing.
Both these products are available at Goodwood Hardware btw.
