Can this actually be the same owner who closed down Boule Prime on 190 in disgrace years ago? With multiple allegations of sexual harrassment, taking tips from servers, rumors of hundreds of W-2's every year and hosting a large range of assholes, can this guy be at it again? Opened up in the space on Lee Lane that housed the failed Prime by CP (or whatever that non-profit strange operation was called). Is this a Jeff Curtis restaurant?
