Im going to heat it up and clean it but in the meantime I had it fall in a dish. Im going to try and scoop it out but how bad is it to eat if I don’t get it all out?

Take a big ball of aluminum foil and just scrape it all off after you finish cooking. That will get most of it especially the big flakes.

Just cook some ham with your green egg.
