Rama's pad thai is sweeter. I prefer Thai Pepper's, but they are both good.

I agree that RAMA is the best, although nothing there really blows me away, except their chicken coconut soup. The Rama spicy is good, but I don't really consider tortillas to be Thai food.
Quite possibly the best buffet in the city is Thai Pepper. Love that place.
I agree, Thai Kitchen is overrated.
I also like Thai Chili. I order delivery from them about once a week. Also if you join eat.com you can get coupons for $2 - $5 off every time you order, so it makes it even cheaper. Their pad thai and coconut chicken/shrimp are both very good. I also order their black pepper beef and customize it with the vegetables I want (onion, green onion, mushrooms, bean sprouts) and it is great.
Went to Duang Tawan several years back and didn't care for it. Maybe I need to give it another try.
