Where are the best pork ribs for bbq in BR? Two categories: best for the money, and best regardless of price.

They're ribs. It's more about your cooking than the ribs which aren't going to vary much if at all place to place.

2 basic cuts- St Lous or baby back. St Louis is a little more fatty with more flavor and tend to be cheaper. Baby backs are the loin ribs and are much leaner and require less cooking time.

Don't really understand your question.

Baton Rouge has the 2 basic styles of pork ribs that are available to all.

Your cooking method varies slightly between the two so it's just a matter of personal preference.

Google the 3-2-1 method for ribs

When you buy the ribs just make sure there are no bones showing through the top of the meat (shiners). Also pick slabs that weigh about 2.5 to 3lb. Also try to find fresh not prviously frozen ones. Also check label and make sure no salt solution has been added to the meat.

I'm a baby back fan. Don't 3-2-1 those or they'll be overcooked
