What issues did you have with Masterbuilt?

Used it 6 times and finally figured out why I was having such a hard time getting anything to come out right. The POS is about 80 degrees colder than it says it is.

Did you call them? Sometimes, there can actually be mechanical failures with an otherwise good product. I'm in love with mine.

I've had one for years without a single problem until I left the door open and it got rained on. Rusted out the entire inside, buts that's my dumbassery.

Its way past the 60 day warranty. After some research this particular model is notorious for it.
