Best authentic Carne Asada tacos in Baton Rouge?

I've gone to La Mexicana on Siegen and those are decent.
La Morenita on Florida is ok. Not a big fan of the carne asada.
El Encanto food truck on Jefferson and Tiger Bend is sub par.
A few others are escaping my mind at the moment.
I go to Taqueria Sanchez in Gretna and Metairie when I get the chance and they have the best tasting carne asada quesadillas and tacos I've ever had. The quality of that meat is incredible but I've yet to find a place with the same quality carne asada in Baton Rouge and I've been here for 5 and a half year

Not sure on the carne asada but the pork and also tongue tacos at taquiera corona in metairie/harahan are pretty awesome.

I've been to Mr. Taco but I got chicken quesadillas if I remember correctly. Didn't try their carne asada tacos.

Asada at Mr. Taco is decent but the barbacoa is legit

I like mr taco but last time I got barbacoa, they literally tasted like shite. Like someone took a dump and mixed it with meat. The carnitas and asada were great on the other hand.
