Wicked Weed was by far the best.
I really enjoyed High Wire Brewing as well.

I've only been to a few, and am certainly not a maven. But of the ones I've been to I would rank them as follows:

Some good beeyahs, though.
I've never been impressed with Hi-Wire. And the set-up is definitely blah. LAB is good. I dig Green Man. French Broad and Highland are too far removed from all the others, so I seldom hit them. Honestly you can just park in the vicinity of Green Man and walk all around for the better part of a day, hitting all the spots.
