I just noticed these guys are in BR. I'm hoping I can get some feedback on this operation, specifically their pricing, rewards system, customer service, etc.
How do their prices compare to other suppliers?
Do they ship to Houston and how long does that take?
How valuable is the rewards program? An estimate on direct cash value would be nice, but otherwise, is it worth it to try and be exclusive with them to build the points, even if they may cost more?
Any promotions that aren't advertised on the website (E.g. interest free financing, discounts on sets)?

Think this is Shopper's Choice. Great company to deal with.

I can't speak to the online operations but their brick and mortar operation (shoppers choice) is terrific. Very informative, competitive and enormous selection for every budget.
I've read good reviews on the online bbqguys.

Yep, they are the same. They seem to have a few different stores/online stores that would be a nearly one-stop shop with the benefit of loyalty points for building out a back patio kitchen area, so I was hoping to get some feedback on experiences.
You get 12,000 rewards points for a $4,000 grill, for example, but I have no idea what 12,000 points gets. Random things like that are on my mind.
