Pass by this place pretty often and was curious what it was about. Stumbled across it on Yelp the other day and looks pretty good and thinking I may give it a try soon. Looks like latin american/asian fusion with the staple being these "bacos" that are steamed bun tacos that look good.

Very good place.

The 2 chefs met while working at Commanders and went on to work at Cafe Adelaide and Luke before opening this place.

Eclectic menu of both Asian and Latin American food.

I've been one time. I enjoyed it although the dish I got was spicy. It was shrimp wraps IIRC.

I've been with Mom and the Lady. The food was good, but the place was super loud.

It's a modern casual place with a bar. It is generally pretty loud, but not uncomfortably so. Just not a quite dining experience.

The food is excellent. The bacos are all great. My favorites are the shrimp baco and the Seoul bowl. Bahn mi is also awesome.

As far as sides go, do not leave there without getting the brussels sprouts.

My mom went last week, said it was a little on the pricey side, but she really enjoyed it.

All of the bacos are good. They have a crawfish dip that is ridiculously good also. It's a great place to get a drink and some food more so than an intimate dinner place.

I've been a few times. Once solo and the other time with the family.

When I was with the family we tried the baco sampler. It was a good way to try all the different types. When I went solo I had that brisket sandwich and kimchi fries. Those fries are very good.

The house made hot sauce is different. I couldn't get them to tell me what was in it but it seemed similar to siracha yet more liquidy.

I found it to be hit or miss. The sides and apps were great.

Unfortunately the Bacos were all bland, which is a shame since this is their signature dish. Granted we went back close to its opening, so they could've been still in the "working out the kinks" mode.
