Got the 7 qt oval. I don’t use cast iron on the stovetop much but the ovals are perfect for chuck roasts in the oven.

Most 7-quart Staub dutch ovens go for $230 + online.

When you can get one for $150, you get it. Worth much more in my household.

Note most of those large knife sets are Henkels International and made in China. You can quickly tell which Henkels are made in China as they only have one of the two Twins on the blade. If there are two Twins they are not made in China. The only German sets I see are the two 4 Star sets and the Pro set.
