The first-ever Beignet Fest will take over Lafayette Square in New Orleans on Saturday, October 8, but you probably already knew that.

What you probably didn’t know is the various dishes that will be available when the food festival makes its debut next month. That’s about to change, as Beignet Fest just released the it list of vendors, along with some information about they’ll be offering.

Lafayette Square is too small for something like this.

It'll be a congested shite show.

Maybe they'll learn something from the Fried Chicken Fest a few weeks earlier.

This does not appeal to me in the slightest, nor does Fried Chicken Fest.

Get a 3 piece, spicy, some red beans and a cold drank and sit your arse on the couch. That's how you fried chicken.
