Any of y'all have experience with Rocket Pots out of Covington?

Long story short, ordered a pot on 5/17. Told it would be 2-3 weeks. So now some six weeks out, they don't answer the phone and their voicemail inbox is full. No response to emails. Was able to get someone on the phone last week, was told they'd call me back with an update. Glad I didn't hold my breath as they haven't called.
This par for the course with them or should I be contacting my bank?

Got a pot from them probably 4-5 years ago, don't remember having any problems

They are in a small office / warehouse complex right off I-12. Buddy used to work a couple of doors down and I would go by his office to use their shop quite a bit. I noted it appears to be a small (maybe family run) operation and they would often not be there. They have a couple of wrapped trucks and a trailer so maybe they leave to go do shows or cooking competitions?
