Interesting. I like that it can do a lot of things, but I would think without a circulator it wouldn't be able to achieve nearly the preciseness of one of the standard ones that most people buy like the Anova. Basically it's just a "smart" induction cooktop with a wireless thermometer from what I can tell. I really like the idea of using it for deep frying in its ability to raise the temperature itself based on what the wireless thermometer reads the oil temp as you put food in.
