I came here at 5pm to get good spot for Saints game. Haven't had a server come to the table since 630pm (it's 845). I'm having to bring my glass/pitcher to bar to refill as they are out of glassware. I ordered wings at bar (no server to table) an hour ago and still waiting. I'm never coming back

You'd think they'd be on there game paying 30k a month. I predict failure in 2 months.

It was crowded. Two deep at bar. Now there are empty tables around the bar. People have gotten fed up and left.

A friend of my sisters used to work at K&B. She told me she heard from her friend they were paying almost $50k a month. Gotta roll some draft out for that cash.

We love Mugshots, but Brag is there right now for the game. He gave me a call and said the service has been beyond atrocious. They've had multiple things comped because they're understaffed.

Our table just got our food. Fried pickles are great. Nachos are COLD. Told bartender. He is indifferent.
Never coming back.

I've heard that K&B never paid more than $9 a foot with possible percentages after a certain sales figure on maxi-pads and K&B vodka. "Beer" might have been included.

Beats the hell out of me. Crazy right? The only thing I can think of is that the place is usually empty so they didn't think they needed a giant staff.

I'm not going to write them off though like some are doing... simply because I've always had great service any other time I dine in or out. And to be fair, they usually don't have big crowds. This is one of those new-restaurant kinks IMO so it's inevitable when a new place randomly gets a large crowd.

But it still is quite unfortunate. Tonight sounds like it was their big chance to make a good impression on the large crowd and it sounds like they failed at that. The lack of advertising paired with the bad service tonight isn't good.
I'll be sure to get the full story about Brag's experience when he gets home.

OK...so tonight wasn't the best night to try out this place for the first time. I was thinking this would be a great chance to try them out - that they would be on top of their game, full staffed and ready to take on a big crowd for the Saints game. Boy, was I wrong.

A group of 12 of us show up and were seated within 20 minutes - a reasonable amount of time considering they were pretty full around the time we walked in (6:45ish).

We sit down for roughly 20 minutes before anyone even comes to greet us. We get menus and our waitress takes our drink order. We literally wait 30 minutes for our drinks - only for the waitress to come back and tell myself and another friend they are out of our beer selection. So, we both order another beer and 15 minutes later, we receive our beer. So, within an hour of arriving, we had been seated and only served our drinks.

We finally order - two of the guys in my party order appetizers. One gets his nachos within minutes and they were hot and good (apparently...they were all gone)...one of them doesn't get his until our food arrives.

I think all of us order burgers and we got those about 45 minutes after we ordered.

All in all, we spent 2 hours and 30 minutes until we got done eating. We still stayed and hung out afterward but that's ridiculous.

Granted, they were pretty damn busy and I think they only had three waitresses working. Our poor waitress did her best but they were just severely understaffed. That's unacceptable for a sports bar on a "Who Dat" Monday.

For what it's worth, the food was pretty good. I got the MacDonald and I liked it. However, good food can't make up for terrible preparedness/service. I've heard a lot of similar stories as this one - they better clean up their act quickly. They have a good product but no one is going to get a chance to try it out because they're going to run everyone off before they even step through the door.

food is good here

...but this was seriously one of the single worst nights being served I've ever had. The servers and waitresses could give two shits we didn't get served for 45 MINUTES! The manager/owner comes over, takes our drink order, and doesn't bring the beers to us. He's working the bar now. It took an hour and a half just to get two pitchers of beer.

We wait even longer for our appetizers. Go get the manager again because he was our waiter at the time. Took another 15 minutes for our appetizer the was lukewarm. We get our waitress, give our order, and wait for a solid 40 minutes for our meal.

After all this shite, we got an appetizer for free. We thought the first round of drinks was on the restaurant because the manager/owner brought it to us after being disgruntled for 45 minutes of absolutely no service. But no, he told us it wasn't on the house.

frick mugshots. If you actually cared about making it in that location, you would actually give a shite about your customers. I am never going back again even though the food is good.

And to the douchebag bartender in the shockey jersey that used to work tigerland, quit talking to your fricking friends and SERVE PEOPLE. I understand you are understaffed and seriously wanted to give the benefit of the doubt, but the entire staff seemingly just gave up on the night. I saw more than a table get up and leave and I really wish I would have as well.
