My wife said this is where she wants to eat Tomorrow for our 2nd ann. She has been craving the duck for a solid month now. I have only been once, about 3 years ago.
Is there anything on the menu that we absolutely HAVE to try? I don't wanna miss out on something good!

The filet will melt in your mouth.

I love (and almost always get) their Brie and Crabmeat bisque, although last week I tried a special oyster bisque and it was excellent.
Their fish is usually very good and fresh - I like it prep'd "Orleans" - topped with shrimp and lemon butter. Duck is good, as is the Mardi Gras crab - fried stuffed softshell.
Enjoy and congrats!

Since she already has the entree picked out, here's my suggestion for apps:
The seafood stuffed mushrooms are great. The char-grilled oysters (or whatever their name for them is) are the bomb dot com.

Get the crabmeat with the oysters, to die for.

SOLID Reccomendation on the Oysters! The crabmeat option is what made them spectacular. We sat at the bar and had a drink with our oysters before going to the table. A beer, a dozen oysters and a glass of wine was $39, but well worth it for a relaxing hour.
We started off with the Acadiana Egg Rolls which are Duck & shrimp-stuffed, fried, and topped with Asian sauces. They didn't last long.
The wife had been craving duck mansur for a month, and that's the only reason we went there in the first place. As you've learned if you've ever met a woman, their mind is quick to change. She ended going with a petite filet topped with both crabmeat AND a lobster tail. $56 steak, and not a bite went to waste. I haven't seen a 105lb woman punish a piece of meat like that since Jenna Jameson!
I had the duck because that's what I had last time, and I remembered it being pretty good. It was actually better than I remembered. Good portion size, and cooked perfectly.
We shared the smoked Gouda mac n cheese, which was another great choice.
For desert, she had the butterfinger creme brule, and I had mixed summer berries in anglaise. They were both great, mine was better IMHO, and the were each $9. I was shocked too.
Overall, this was a great dining experience, and a great date with a great wife. We definitely took our time, and never felt rushed. We spent about 3 hours there total, and about $230 after tips. I'm sure it could have been just as good quicker and for less, but that's not the experience we were after. I know they don't get much love on this board, but Mansur's delivered last night.

Glad to hear it went well! Great review, too. I look forward to trying the egg rolls next time.

Next time, try the Cedar Plank Roasted Redfish.

I will have to say that this is the most accurate description of the oysters I have ever heard.
Told my wife about it while we were eating them and she loled.
