I would imagine large shrimp poboy meant a full not a half size poboy rather than actual large shrimp? Also good lord you sound anal.

You can't put a number on it because shrimp are a different size (count per pound). Rule of thumb is that there should be extra, or some falling out of the sandwich

To those trying to rustle my jimmies over it with the CSB/ "Dear Diary" comments and such, I don't eat shrimp poboys so I have no clue how many should be on one. I used to work for a seafood place place where they gave you enough shrimp falling off to make another poboy.

I didn't go to the food board because I think the OT would have more informative and interesting answers than the food board, not to mention y'all are infinitely more amusing. You did not disappoint
