Abita Beer Tour

Is this free or is there a fee? My girlfriend and I along with a few friends wanna go over to Abita and wondering if anyone has ever gone, and how was it?

it is free. went about a month ago. get to sample most of the beer, watch a video, sample more beer, walk into the brewery for a brief moment, then sample some more beer!

They give you a 16 oc. cup and you can sample all of their beers. 20 min. then the film and brewery tour then another 15 to 20 min. of you and all those taps.

It's definitely worth checking out, and there is a nice courtyard to sit and enjoy your free beer on a beautiful day. The tours are at 2 pm on Fridays and last about an hour.
