Hmmm...that is a cute emoticon.

the general point about the power of social media was well taken and legitimate, in my opinion.
Agreed. What about the other stupid shite he said? Because the point about the power of social media was only 2 sentences.
What about the part that people on here are expecting free meals?
Or the part that his customers should have read the FAQ section before entering his restaurant?
You're a Sheep.

The place is infested with rodents.
If you eat there, keep that in mind. Enjoy.
Do you know this for a fact? Granted, the place is as dingy and dirty looking as George's on G O'Neal is, but that's a pretty strong statement.
ETA: Anchored? Sheesh

The place is an institution
Can we please drop this corny phrase? I've asked a million times what is it that is good, and you people have yet to give a reason. What makes their pizza better than elsewhere? No one has a response. All they can do is jump around screaming "institution" and "tradition" and "landmark". Sorry, but you aren't auto-amazing because of those stupid terms.
I've posted twice already that I begged to go there a few weeks ago, and it was awful. I went in expecting good pizza.. and me swallowing my pride and admitting I chose poorly is hard for me to do. So if I'm sitting here admitting the place was awful, I'm not doing it for any reason other than the fact that I disliked it. It was bland, the cheese wasn't melty, and there was hardly any sauce. I never understood the phrase "cardboard pizza" until I ate that.

the author of the FB post had a compelling argument in terms of the power of social media and the damage it can do.
The author MIGHT have had a compelling argument if he was a random customer, but he isn't. He is the owner/manager of a BUSINESS and he's on the internet putting down people who have given him money. You know what? He's right. Social media is very detrimental to your business.. because he just fricked himself out of everyone on this website by going to social media and putting down paying customers.
A business owner has no business publicly calling his customers "those people" and refer to them as looking for a free meal when they have a legit gripe. If OP was looking for a free meal, why would he have come to TD? Think about that.

I for one am glad you showed up. I really wanted someone to show up and eloquently defend Randy and his actions and perhaps convince one or two of us to give him another shot.
But you've given so much more. Your juvenile antics have given me a lot of laughs, even though I'm laughing at you. You're almost as big of a piece of shite as Randy. If you can't understand that what he did was inherently contradictory, you must have your head shoved completely up his arse. And if you think the food is good it must be because your tastebuds are more accustomed to whatever shite you taste while you're up there.
So thank you. I mean that. Good times.
