In Jindal's presser yesturday he said that the leak/seepage had been stopped when talking about the Convention and Medical Centers. I was told this morning that they are both submerged and indictments were going to be handed down bc of where on how the facilities were built. Can anybody confirm whether or not the buildings are under?

We have an office down there and I haven't heard a word about it being submerged yet. Also, what did your source mean by "how the facilities were built"? Anyone that built down there knew they were constantly rolling the dice.

I think your source was heavily speculating.

Check out www.NatchezDemocrat.com for the latest info. I have family that works at Riverpark Medical. I'm sure I would know if it was flooded, and I haven't heard anything.

Not how they were actually constructed but they way the permits were obtained and who actually built the facility. Think Old Louisiana politics.
